A question for those guys who have already been through the fun of application process. This one in respect of legalising and apostilling the application documents.
Should I get the Hague Apostille on the ORIGINAL document BEFORE I go to the Romanian Embassy in my country to legalise its copy? OR should I legalise the document's copy with the Romanian Embassy BEFORE I get the Apostille on the already legalised COPY?
I mean should I get the Apostille on the ORIGINAL document or its COPY that has been already legalised?
I was told that I should actually get the Apostille on the already legalised COPY. Is that really true? I have doubts coz I always thought that the Apostille is for original documents only. Thanks.
