Vasile goldis Arad 2019-2020

I am a Non-Eu student and I’ve applied for english medicine course for this year and i got my name in pre-accepted students. That means am accepted by the university. Its been two weeks and I still havent gotten my Letter of Acceptance from the Ministry. My classes have already started and Ill still have to wait for the acceptance letter and then have to pay the fees and then Apply for visa ;(
Is there anyone with the similar problem?
How long does it take to get the student visa ?
