Having completed my 1st year in Bulgaria (MU-Sofia) I'm facing several financial problems that may lead to a transfer(if the situation stays the same) possibly to a cheaper University in Romania.Currently the fees here for the English program are 8000 euros which is extremely high for me now.Since I'm backed up from the family and my parents are having a hard time through the crisis.Is it possible to transfer to Romania?If yes what's the process and how is the quality?I know that most of the times you get what you pay for but in my case I am desperate.Will I have the same opportunities graduating from romania instead of bulgaria? I still can afford another year here but I'm already searching on it because I don't want to find my self doomed afterwards.Please help a brother out
