how do you financially support yourself while studying in Romania?

Hi I am aware Romania is the cheapest place to study and Oradea is the cheapest uni....but getting more expensive. How do you support yourself.

I want to apply but worried about finances.

Are there long vacations so I could return home and work?

I am a UK citizen.
