Transfer to Romanian Medical schools

Hello,

i am an Indian citizen currently studying MD in Ukraine. I would like to know if i could take transfer to any Romanian Medical school and some information in concern with the studies would be very helpful. How hard is the Transfer procedure and when can we take a transfer.
