Failed Finals in Uk university. What next?

Hi i failed my finals in a UK university, I am certain I want to transfer to a Romanian university, Can someone who has been in a similar situation help me?

Id like to know what happened for them? when they found out about admission to the university? and what year they were enrolled into? Also any advise on which university to go for
